Returns and Refunds

How It Works

 

Homemate18 provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy.

 You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery.

You can also ask for the replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.

 We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our customer care.

 

Acceptance of returns & refund post delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us for any such requests. 

 

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, below mentioned circumstances, you can return / exchange the product.

 

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you must immediately

(within 24 hours) lodge a complaint with Homemate18 on its

 You must also contact us immediately (within 24 hours), so that, we may assert our rights, if any, vis-a-vis the shipping agent.

 

Please do not accept delivery of any item if you notice any apparent damage or deep damage. And refuse to accept the delivery.

  • Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

 

Strictly, no refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. In-case of minor dimension changes. As Dimension of the product cannot be exactly same this is mentioned in our product description.

  2. In-case of minor variation from the Product Image and minor design and colour variations. As most of the product picture was taken by the photographer and light effect product might look little different than original product.

  3. Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer

  4. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address

  5. On two failed delivery attempts by the courier

  6. If the package is refused by recipient

  7. If the products returned are in a used or damaged condition.

  8. Return Shipping Charges will be applicable and customer has to pay extra shipping charges.

 

Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

We request you to maintain the original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories of polythene / charger / carton box / Manual, and such other contents depending on the product ordered), labels or relevant seal, for a refund or an exchange within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Homemate18 will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

Home Products, Kitchen Products, Laptop Bags and All other products accepted after proper inspection.

How will you be refunded?

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition.

 

The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s), in proper and original nature. Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
